Directions
Part A: Dissolve 100.00 grams in 500 ml distilled water. Boil to dissolve the medium
completely and sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs. pressure (121°C) for 5 min, cool it to room
temperature.
Part B: Dissolve 28.00 grams in 500 ml distilled water. Boil to dissolve the medium completely
and sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs. pressure (121°C) for 15 min, cool it to 55 °C.
Mix Part A and Part B in sterile flask and distribute aseptically in sterile petri plates and allow
to solidify. Ensure complete solidification and inoculate test organisms aseptically.
