Directions
Dissolve 19.46 grams in 900 ml distilled water containing 5 ml glycerol. Boil to
dissolve the medium completely and sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121 °C) for 15
min, cool it to 42-45 °C and aseptically add 100 ml of Middlebrook OADC Growth Supplement.
Inoculate test sample aseptically.
