Directions
Dissolve 35.60 grams in 485 ml distilled water, boil to dissolve the medium
completely and sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs. pressure (121°C) for 15 min, cool it to 42-45 °C,
aseptically add sterile 5.0 ml of D-cycloserine (200mg) solution and Polymyxin B sulphate
(12.500mg) and 10 ml Phenolphthalein diphosphate (0.05g) solution. Mix well and distribute
aseptically in petri plates. Ensure complete solidification and inoculate test sample aseptically.
