Directions
Dissolve 41.50 grams in 1000 ml distilled water. Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 121˚C for 15 minutes. Cool it to 45-50°C and distribute aseptically in petri plates and allow to solidify. Ensure complete solidification and inoculate test sample aseptically. If the solidified media is dark red in color add few drops of 10% sodium sulphite solution till pink color and boil.
