Directions
Dissolve 17.00 grams in 1000 ml distilled water. Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. If desired add 1% polysorbate 80. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure at 121°C. Cool to 45-50°C. Mix well and distribute aseptically in petri plates and allow to solidify. Ensure complete solidification and inoculate test sample aseptically.
