Directions
Dissolve 63.00 grams in 950 ml distilled water, boil to dissolve the medium completely
and sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121 °C) for 15 min, cool it to 42-45 °C. After
cooling to 45- 50°C, add 50 mL of Egg Yolk Tellurite Supplement and 3 ml sterile 3.5%
Potassium Tellurite solution or 50 ml Egg Yolk Tellurite Emulsion. Mix thoroughly before
dispensing.
