Directions
Part B: Dissolve 4 grams of part B in 50 ml of sterile distilled water. Part A:
Dissolve 8.10 grams in 950 ml distilled water, boil to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by
autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121 °C) for 15 min, cool it to 42-45 °C. Mix 950 ml of part A with
50 ml of part B in 1 liter sterile container, mix well and dispense desired.
