Directions
Dissolve 30.00 grams in 1000 ml distilled water. Mix gently till all the ingredients
dissolve completely. Filter sterilize the medium (DO NOT AUTOCLAVE) and distribute
aseptically in sterile test tube and inoculate test sample aseptically.
