Directions
Dissolve 21.00 grams in 990 ml distilled water. Boil to dissolve the medium
completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121 °C) for 15 min, cool it to 42-45 °C and
distribute aseptically desired and inoculate test sample aseptically.
To increase the selectivity the media is acidified up to pH 3.0 to 4.0 by adding 10 ml of 10% lactic
acid solution or add antibiotics. DO NOT HEAT OR BOIL after addition of acid or antibiotics.
Mix well and dispense as desired.
