Directions
Dissolve 26.50 grams in 1000 ml distilled water. Boil to dissolve the medium
completely and sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 min, cool it to room
temperature and inoculate test sample aseptically.
Note: For more selectivity dissolve 26.50 grams in 900 ml distilled water. Boil to dissolve the
medium completely and sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 min, cool it to
room temperature and add 100 ml of 4% filter sterilized sorbose solution. Mix well and dispense
aseptically as desired.
